River Learning Trust

River Learning Trust (RLT) is a multi-academy trust responsible for a number of primary and secondary schools and a school-centred initial teacher training provider (SCITT). The trust’s schools are united by a commitment to working together to achieve excellent in education.

The trust’s other primary schools include three excellent schools in Witney – Madley Brook, Windrush CofE and Witney Community.

Elsewhere in West Oxfordshire, RLT operates Charlbury Primary School, Middle Barton Primary School and Edith Moorhouse Primary School in Carterton.

Its secondary schools include Oxfordshire's only outstanding-rated secondary – The Cherwell School in Oxford – as well as The Swan School, the city's newest secondary, which is yet to be inspected by Ofsted.

In West Oxfordshire, its secondaries are Chipping Norton and The Marlborough School in Woodstock.
